HOW DO I SIGN UP AS A SERVICE PROVIDER ?

To become a provider, you must download Aide-Moi App and sign up to create a basic profile (as customer).

Once you sign up, go to the profile menu and add your service information, rate and availability. You then will be contacted by our team to confirm your identity and activate your account as a provider to start making money!

You would need:

– Create an account

– Enter Basic information

– Select skills and services

– Upload a profile picture and photo ID

C2Business care about the customers safety thus no fake accounts are allowed.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO BECOME A PROVIDER ?

All are a must :

– Be 18 years old or older

– Have experience in the services you offer

– Have an IOS or Andriod with a texting ability

WHAT DO I PUT IN MY BIO (DESCRIPTION)?

The bio is your chance to introduce yourself to the potential customers. You can speak of relevant background you may have and the type of services you’re able to perform. Any relevant experience you have.

You can edit the bio anytime, by just selecting the “edit” option in your profile.

HOW DO I CONTACT MY CUSTOMER ?

When a customer hires you for a job, you can either accept or decline it. At the top of your customer profile, there’s a chat button where you can exchange text with your customer before you accept the job.

HOW TO ADD AND REMOVE SKILLS?

The provider has complete control over the profile. On the profile menu option, press edit and start over and pick the services , rate and availability.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT JOBS ARE AVAILABLE ?

The available services are displayed to customers based on their research. A search can be done based on location, rating, service, nationality and price.

WILL I BE NOTIFIED IF THE CUSTOMER CANCELED THE JOB ?

If the job, you are hired for, got canceled you get a push notification.

WHAT IF I GET TO THE CUSTOMER LOCATION AD HE’S NOT THERE?

Check the customer’s review (in the customer profile option) before accepting a job. Contact the customer and double check the time and place of the job. If you still have problems, you are allowed to leave a negative review for a customer who does not comply with the agreement.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN I AM CHOSEN FOR A JOB?

You get a notification and will be given the option to accept the job or decline. Make sure the app notification is turned on in your phone settings. Always check the customer’s review (in the customer profile option) before accepting a job.

WHO ARE PROVIDERS ?

Service providers can come from a variety of backgrounds, including students, young professionals, stay-at- home parents, and any other group of professionals. They are background checked people and none of them is employed by C2Business.
Don’t forget to observe the rating/reviews before hiring a service provider.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN UP AND MAKE A PROFILE TO ORDER ?

Yes, both customers and providers must have an account to browse, book and accept / decline jobs.

HOW CAN I RE-ORDER A SERVICE?

Customers can simply go back to their order history and view their past orders and reorder them at their availability.

WHO DO I CONTACT IF I HAVE QUESTION ABOUT A JOB ?

Service Providers are not employees of C2Business. Questions about the services should be asked to the providers themselves, through the chat feature.

HOW DO I PAY MY PROVIDER ?

In this version, Aide-Moi does not transact services, nor receives or controls payments between customers and providers.
You should pay the provider directly, as per the agreed method, once the service is done.

HOW DO I REPORT A PROBLEM WITH MY PROVIDER JOB?

We care about our customers’ experience. The rating feature is used customers to classify service providers. However, Providers found to be abusive by customers are eligible to have their accounts suspended. If you face someone like that, don’t hesitate to write us at : aide-moi@c2business.com.

WHAT IF MY PROVIDER DOESN’T SHOW UP ?

Check at a provider’s review before booking a service. Contact the provider and double check the time and place of the service. If you still have problems, you are allowed to leave a negative review/rating for a provider who does not comply with the agreement.

HOW CAN I EDIT MY PROFILE TO BE A PROVIDER ?

Customer accounts are free of charge. If a customer decides to be a service provider, he’ll have to pay for a provider subscription, which can be monthly or annually.
In addition to this, he’ll have to edit his account and add skills to his profile, setting up price and availability.
All customers can edit their accounts and set up their profiles as a service provider.
However, the account will only be activated as a provider after passing through a list of requirements. If the customer is found eligible to work as a provider, he’ll receive a notification accordingly.
